Having worked in the slimming industry for over 6 years and been a "slimmer" for most of my adult life - I can identify with anyone who is tired of the quick fixes published on the cover of women's magazines (have a look next time you are scanning the newsagents shelves) and the empty promises of conventional diets - for example "It's not a diet" (if it were not a diet, why would we need a long list of foods and portion sizes and recipe books?). With my programme there is no list of foods to eat or avoid, no recipe books, no tape measure, no scales. Your success will come quickly, when food and your weight no longer dominate your life and how you feel.

With hypnosis, you will eat to satisfy your physical hunger - not be held to ransom by your emotional hunger.... When you are back in control and the scales no longer rule your life, you will measure your success in the shrinking of your waistband and in how great you feel about yourself. You know yourself, that when you are feeling positive, you can do anything! Although this may sound strange, years of experience of working with thousands of slimmers has taught me that conquering a weight problem permanently, has more to do with what is in your head and less to do with what goes in your mouth..... Hypnosis will supercharge your motivation and get you feeling positive from the very first session. It will put your powerful subconscious mind to work on what you want to achieve - not a weight or goal imposed by someone else.

My programme of 4 workshops will give you back control over your eating habits and your food choices. This way, you can enjoy all the foods you really love, which will satisfy the wanting that plagues conventional dieters who eat what someone else dictates. Many serial dieters say that as soon as they are on a diet, food is on their mind from the minute they wake up every morning! There is good reason for this. When you come to understand how your mind works, you won't think about food until your body gives you that signal that you need to eat. As a conventional dieter it hardly helps matters to go to a slimming club and talk endlessly about food and recipes and hear about "struggling slimmers" (especially when most people have gone without food for most of that day, hoping for a good result on the scales....) - Yes - I have been there and got the T-shirt in various sizes!

Following my programme doesn't mean that you can no longer enjoy food, nor socialise over a meal - it means that you can put food back into perspective in your life, enjoy food more in fact, and get on with the rest of your life, once food and your self image are no longer at the forefront of your mind.
